Sara Khan

Biography

Sara Khan is a law clerk at Kondori & Moorad, where she assists with docket administration across the law firm, as well as serving as a legal resource for real estate and contractual related matters. Sara obtained her undergraduate degree at George Mason University in Business Management, and then later obtained her law degree at the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law.

Sara has had over 15 years of federal government and private sector experience, particularly with matters of commercial real estate acquisition and commercial lease negotiation. Through five years of service with the Department of Defense (DOD) and nine years with the General Services Administration (GSA), Sara has assisted governmental and private sector clients with commercial property transactions under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, including serving as a Project Manager on numerous complex realty projects and overseeing architects, engineers, property managers, and attorneys on various real estate acquisition and procurement projects.
