Karley Regalado is an Estate Planning Paralegal at Kondori & Moorad, LLP. She assists individuals, families, and business owners throughout the estate-planning process, including client intake, collection and organization of personal and financial information, preparation of documents, continuing client communication, and coordination of execution appointments.
Karley assists with wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and other planning documents. Her work requires careful review of client information, attention to the relationships among the various documents, and consistent follow-up to ensure that each matter progresses efficiently and accurately.
She helps clients understand the steps involved in completing an estate plan and works to ensure that questions, supporting information, and execution requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Her growing familiarity with a wide range of family and financial circumstances allows her to identify issues requiring additional review before documents are finalized.
Karley also contributes substantially to the firm’s marketing, branding, and visual communications. She develops presentation materials, educational graphics, conference resources, and other content used in professional speaking engagements and public outreach. Her work included creating the visual materials supporting the firm’s presentations at the 2026 World Congress on Adult Capacity in Amsterdam and the 2026 National Guardianship Association Conference.
In addition, Karley plays an active role in evaluating and implementing practical applications of artificial intelligence. She helps identify tools that may improve document workflows, internal organization, educational content, marketing, and the overall client experience. Her work reflects the firm’s interest in using emerging technologies thoughtfully while maintaining professional judgment, accuracy, and appropriate review.
Before joining Kondori & Moorad, Karley completed internships and administrative work with estate-planning practices in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She initially joined the firm in an administrative role and subsequently developed into an Estate Planning Paralegal through expanded responsibility, practical experience, and continued professional growth.
Karley has also worked on guardianship, conservatorship, and fiduciary matters involving the financial and healthcare needs of incapacitated adults. That experience provides her with a broader understanding of how estate-planning documents may function during incapacity and how careful planning can affect later fiduciary administration.
Karley earned her Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University, majoring in English with minors in Law and Legal Studies, Event Planning, and Religious Studies. She is a member of the National Guardianship Association and a commissioned Virginia Notary Public.
