Riya is a healthcare paralegal at Kondori & Moorad, LLP, primarily working on the Firm’s guardianship and conservatorship matters. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia. During her undergraduate studies, Riya gained hands-on experience interning and working at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in the Quality and Safety Department, as well as in the OR Administration.
Before beginning her paralegal career, Riya worked at a retail pharmacy for four years, where she developed a strong understanding of patient care and healthcare systems. Her background in healthcare administration and compliance allows her to bring a detail-oriented approach to each case.
Outside of work, Riya enjoys spending time with her two nephews, family and close friends. She loves to travel, explore new hikes and trails, and spend time outdoors—especially during the Fall season.
