His background in elder law and trust and probate administration allows him to navigate complex legal matters with precision and compassion. Over the years, Ruben has developed a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to helping others plan for and protect their futures. Born and raised in the DMV, his active involvement in the Hispanic community sparked his passion for the law and public service, inspiring him to pursue a career that blends advocacy and leadership.
Ruben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law: Public Policy and Law from Liberty University and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Law. Dedicated to his lifelong love for learning and personal development, Ruben plans to attend law school in the near future.
Outside of work, Ruben enjoys staying active by coaching youth soccer, competing in athletic events, and playing soccer. His enthusiasm for teamwork and perseverance on the field mirrors the same qualities he brings to his professional life.
