Ryan Moses is a Legal Assistant at Kondori & Moorad, LLP. He provides administrative, financial, probate, technology, and content-development support across the firm’s guardianship and conservatorship, probate and trust administration, and estate-planning matters.
A significant part of Ryan’s work involves the day-to-day financial administration of fiduciary accounts. Building on his previous experience at a local elder law firm, his responsibilities require careful attention to the ongoing needs of incapacitated adults and the obligations associated with each fiduciary account. He assists in organizing invoices, statements, payment records, income documentation, and other information that may later be required for financial review or preparation of a formal fiduciary accounting.
Ryan also supports probate and estate-administration matters by organizing files, gathering documents, maintaining records, tracking administrative requirements, and assisting with communications and other tasks needed to move an estate through the administration process.
In addition to his financial and probate responsibilities, Ryan contributes to the firm’s artificial-intelligence and technology initiatives. He helps evaluate and use emerging tools to improve organization, increase administrative efficiency, support research, and assist with the preparation of educational materials. His experience across financial administration, probate support, technology, and public education allows him to contribute to both the daily management of client matters and the firm’s continuing efforts to improve its systems and communications.
Ryan graduated from Virginia Tech University a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Philosophy.
