Estate Planning Paralegal

Saskia Willut

Biography

Saskia is an estate planning and elder law paralegal at Kondori & Moorad, LLP where she supports the Firm’s attorneys in legal work related to drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. With two years of experience in elder law at a previous firm, she combines legal knowledge with a background in public health communication. She brings compassion and perspective to her work, helping clients feel supported during pivotal moments.

Before entering the legal field, Saskia worked in public health at both the D.C. Department of Health and the Southern Nevada Health District. Her work focused on health communications and protocol development, including authoring CDC-aligned notices, leading digital outreach campaigns on MPOX, and participating in a White House roundtable on emergency response. Her public service experience also includes over ten years with Prince William County Parks & Recreation, where her roles spanned youth programming, operational leadership, and emergency response during the COVID-19 pandemic. This foundation in crisis coordination and community engagement continues to inform her approach to legal work – especially when guiding individuals and families through later-life planning and transitions.

Saskia holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications with a minor in Sociology from Wilson College, a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, and is a commissioned Notary Public in Virginia. When she’s not in office, Saskia enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling together, attending local festivals and community events, and coaching her daughter’s lacrosse team, the Prince William Royals.
