Saskia Willut is an Estate Planning Paralegal at Kondori & Moorad, LLP. Her work is concentrated in guiding individuals, families, and business owners through the estate-planning process, from the initial intake and collection of information through the preparation and execution of their planning documents.
Saskia assists with wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and related estate-planning instruments. She communicates extensively with clients, organizes personal and financial information, coordinates consultations and signing appointments, and helps ensure that each matter progresses accurately and on schedule.
Her role requires close attention to the many details that shape an effective estate plan, including family relationships, asset ownership, beneficiary designations, business interests, incapacity concerns, and the client’s long-term objectives. She helps clients remain informed throughout the process and ensures that outstanding questions, documents, and scheduling matters are addressed before execution.
Saskia also contributes to the firm’s short-term and long-term business-development strategy. She assists with identifying outreach opportunities, developing professional relationships, and coordinating initiatives intended to expand public awareness of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship services.
She leads the firm’s social-media and digital-rebranding efforts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Her work combines strategic communications with public education, helping translate legal and planning concepts into accessible information for clients, families, professional referral sources, and the broader community.
Before joining Kondori & Moorad, Saskia gained experience with a Northern Virginia elder-law practice, where she became familiar with estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, and long-term-care issues. That background provides her with a broader understanding of how decisions made during the planning process may later affect families during incapacity or after death.
Before entering the legal field, Saskia worked in public health with the District of Columbia Department of Health and the Southern Nevada Health District. Her responsibilities included health communications, emergency preparedness, protocol development, public outreach, and digital-awareness campaigns. She also participated in a White House roundtable concerning emergency response.
Saskia previously spent more than a decade with Prince William County Parks and Recreation in positions involving youth programming, operational leadership, community engagement, and emergency response. These experiences continue to inform her organized, energetic, and client-focused approach to estate-planning work and strategic outreach.
Saskia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, with a minor in Sociology, from Wilson College and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. She is a member of the National Guardianship Association and a commissioned Virginia Notary Public.
